While we don’t have a traditional spring season here in the Caribbean, I always look forward to Easter as a time to slow down, refresh my home, and celebrate new beginnings in my own way. One of my favourite traditions this time of year is setting up a simple but meaningful afternoon tea—and this year, I styled a special setting for two right on my kitchen island.
Soft pastels, delicate florals, and a few sweet Easter touches came together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I loved creating little vignettes around the space—each one a quiet nod to the beauty of the season, even without the classic spring backdrop. From grassy bunnies and speckled eggs to pretty plates and linens, every detail was chosen with care.
Afternoon tea is one of my favourite rituals, especially during Easter. It gives me the perfect excuse to slow down, share a treat (or two), and soak in the joy of the season at home.
Of course I did a tablescape as well. I went with lovely florals and more bunnies.
I’m so happy to share a few glimpses of my Easter decor with you—hoping it inspires you to create your own little moments of beauty and celebration, wherever you are.
