Hello ! I’m Shivani and I’m obsessed with creating beautiful seasonal and life-giving home spaces. I 100% believe that these spaces we inhabit are directly connected to our well-being and overall success in life. After all, home is where you firmly ground yourself- you gather to celebrate with loved ones, raise a family, nurse all of your sorrows and hard times, work in your pjs till noon if you want to, read your book in your favourite nook with a cup of tea, grow a vegetable or flower garden. Well in short, it is just a place where you can be yourself … silly, happy, serious, playful, productive, peaceful, logical and creative YOU.

While I wasn’t always passionate about home decor, my love for creating festive home spaces began with Christmas magic when I was growing up—decorating the house, enjoying family gatherings, going to the malls to marvel at the décor (that poinsettia Christmas tree in a certain mall- If you know you know!).  That elevated, festive feeling has always stayed with me.

Being in my own home now, I wanted to re-create that magic and whimsy throughout the year. I will never forget the very first time I invited friends over – the planning, the preparation of the menu, décor, the tablescape then hosting …Talk about learning on the job! But that feeling of contentment knowing you purposefully created and spent a wonderful time with your loved ones over delicious eats and drinks in your space cannot be replaced. Mission accomplished!
